Recently, I went to the Home Builders Association Economic Housing Forecast. It was a big get-together where a bunch of speakers talked about what to expect from the housing market in Central Texas. It was great to see the industry professionals that I hadn’t seen in a while, but the talks also covered quite a bit. There were a lot of interesting topics, so I wanted to share a few today.
