Here are some of the things we’re doing to help make transitions easier.
I’ve helped a lot of families transition from one home to another, and some transitions are more difficult than others. Selling a home and buying another has its own set of unique challenges. The timing, logistics, etc., can be confusing and hard to sync up.
A lot of times, we do a leaseback from one house to another. If you’re selling your current home and have a new one lined up, you can take further advantage of a leaseback period; if we can get enough time on the leaseback to do some improvements, you can do the flooring or paint for your new home before you move in.
“Don’t be afraid if the house you find isn’t perfect right away.”
We’ve even been able to do kitchen renovations when sellers have some time before they need to move. We’ve done the same with flooring and painting improvements. It usually only takes a few days.
Don’t be afraid if the house isn’t perfect. If it isn’t, we can work together to make it perfect for you.
If you have any questions for me about this transition period, selling a home, or anything else related to real estate, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
